Unit 5 Types of Brief
Contractual Brief
Documents
Contractual brief is a legal
document, which made by a client and an employee.
The contractual brief is pretty easy to understand and
almost any one can do them. All that is for the client to fill the very own
information about them selves. There is almost no confusion as the document is
pretty straightforward. For example in media when making a movie actors must often sigh a contract that they must follow when helping to make the movie. The contract might contain things such an expression and before that is over they must finish the movie if not followed they could be sued or not get any more for not finishing the project,
Negotiated
Brief Documents
Negotiated brief documents are
way more complicated. For clients to gain anything they must first
off do what is required of them, which is to bring certain documents that
are asked of them in order for them to move on further to progress.
This would also be related to the media industry where co-worker have
disagreements and disagree and their choices they make as a team. By using the
negotiated brief they are go through the guidelines and further make progression
by looking at the guide lines and working around them just like any other when
there is a problem that needs solving.
The advantage of using
negotiated briefs are that it helps media companies come up with better
and ordinal idea when over they are stuck and have no idea what they
type of action they should take next in reaching their own objective.
As for a disadvantage of negotiated
brief would be that some times does a bad amount of commutation towards
the clients and the worker their for a lot of time could have
being comply wasted that a lot of people get discouraged to
continue and lose motivation.
